The fish fairy scout exists to spread the awesomeness that is the fish. Legend has it that the fish fairy scout appears randomly in pubs armed with only a fish. To the player that manages to prove him/herself worthy by dominating the fish fairy scout first, the best weapon in Team Fortress 2 is awarded for the endeavor.
